A session, a plan, and a long lunch

Nobody needs another slide deck about migration.

Most events on this topic hand you a case study and a business card. Useful for an hour, forgotten by Thursday. This one is built the other way around.

You arrive to a printed 60-day migration plan with your business on the front of it, and everything we cover is something you can mark up against your own stack as we go. Lunch is served at midday and the conversation carries on over it.

Be as hands-on as you like, or just take notes and eat well.

What you leave with

Four things, all of them yours to act on the next morning.

01

Your 60-day migration plan, printed

Personalised to your business and yours to write in. We walk the room through the plan and you mark up what applies to you as we go.

02

A stack-by-stack integration read

We map what you already run (reviews, loyalty, search, support, subscriptions) against native Klaviyo connections, so you know which pieces are plug and play and which need real work.

03

The room's questions and answers

We capture the Q&A, anonymise it and send the write-up to everyone afterwards. A room of Emarsys brands asking the questions you were probably about to ask.

04

A follow-up conversation, if you want one

Klaviyo are in the room over lunch, so the commercial questions get answered by the people who can actually answer them.

Run sheet

How the day runs

  1. 11:00

    Arrive, coffee, meet the room

  2. 11:15

Why the drift happened, getting your data out, and reading your integration network

  3. 12:00

Lunch served, with a live look at Klaviyo from Banico

  4. 12:45

    Questions from the room

  5. 2:00

    Close

Lunch runs as long as suits, and the table talk is usually the best part.

Who is in the room

Facilitators, not a panel.

Andzen facilitates. We have run these migrations end to end for APAC B2C brands, so the session is built around the parts that actually bite: data mapping, deliverability, and the flows you cannot afford to have dark for a week. Klaviyo join us for a short look at the platform and stay for lunch.

Who it is for

  • B2C ecommerce brands currently on Emarsys, or seriously weighing a move.
  • Marketing, CRM, lifecycle and ecommerce leads with a say in the platform decision.
  • Teams with a renewal inside the next twelve months.

Probably not for you if

You are B2B-first, you are shopping for agencies rather than platforms, or you want a general overview of email marketing. There are better uses of your morning, and we would rather say so now.

FAQ

The practical bits

What does it cost?
Nothing. Andzen and Klaviyo cover the room, lunch and drinks. The limit is the room: twenty seats.
Why apply rather than just register?
The session only works if everyone in the room is solving a version of the same problem. We check fit so the time stays useful, not so we can gatekeep.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes, and it often helps to have marketing and data in the room together. Apply separately so we can count seats properly.
What should I bring?
Your renewal date and a rough list of the systems in your stack. That is it. No laptop needed, we print everything.
How long will I be there?
Doors at 11, lunch at 12, done by 2. Stay as long as suits after that.
Do you record the session?
We record the Q&A only, so we can write up the questions and answers and send them to everyone afterwards. It is anonymised, no brand or person is named. If you would rather nothing you say is included, just tell us on the day.
What happens after I apply?
We review against the twenty seats and confirm by email within a few working days, with venue details and the calendar invite.
I am not in Sydney. Anything for me?
Yes. The on-demand webinar with esmi and Klaviyo covers the same migration story. Watch it at migrate.andzen.co/webinar.
